How do I change my author name? +
Go to Settings → Profile → Display Name. You can set a separate pen name that appears on exports and title pages, different from your account login name.
Can I have multiple author accounts? +
Each email address can hold one Inktastic account. If you write under multiple pen names, you can manage all of them from a single account using our Pen Name manager under Settings → Identities.
How do I delete my account? +
Go to Settings → Account → Danger Zone and select Delete Account. All your manuscripts, settings, and data will be permanently removed within 30 days. You can download an export of your data before deletion.
I lost access to my email. How do I recover my account? +
Contact support at letstalk@inktastic.net with proof of identity. We'll verify your account via your billing information and help you regain access within 24 hours.

Inktastic accepts all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Start free, upgrade when you're ready. You can change your plan at any time — upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at renewal.

🚫 Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis.

When am I charged? +
You're billed on the same date each month (or year, if on an annual plan) from the date you first subscribed. You'll receive an email receipt within minutes of each charge.
Do you offer annual discounts? +
Yes — annual plans are billed at a ~20% discount compared to monthly pricing. You can switch to annual at any time from your billing settings.
What happens if my payment fails? +
We'll retry your card 3 times over 7 days and notify you by email each time. If payment still fails, your account will be downgraded to the free plan and your data will be preserved for 30 days.
Is my payment information stored securely? +
We never store your card details directly. All payment data is handled by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of payment security available.
Can I get a refund? +
We offer a full refund within 7 days of any new subscription or renewal charge, no questions asked. After 7 days, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis — email us at letstalk@inktastic.net.
